Authors who submit manuscripts to the Journal of Constitutional Law Society (JCLS) agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.
  2. All articles published by JCLS are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) .
  3. Under this license, users are free to:
    • share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;
    • adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
  4. Users must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
  5. If users remix, transform, or build upon the material, they must distribute their contributions under the same license as the original.
  6. Authors are permitted to distribute published versions of their articles electronically, including institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic networking sites, provided acknowledgment of the original publication in JCLS is included.
  7. The editorial board of JCLS is not responsible for any copyright infringement committed by authors.
