Archiving Policy
The Journal of Constitutional Law Society (JCLS) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published scholarly content.
To guarantee permanent access to its publications, JCLS utilizes electronic archiving and digital preservation systems supported by the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform and other recognized preservation services.
PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
JCLS utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) for the long-term preservation of journal content. The PKP Preservation Network provides free preservation services for journals using Open Journal Systems (OJS) and ensures that published articles remain accessible in the event that the journal website becomes unavailable.
LOCKSS System
JCLS also supports the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and institutions. The LOCKSS system permits participating libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
OAI-PMH Support
JCLS supports the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH), enabling metadata harvesting and interoperability with indexing services, repositories, libraries, and academic databases. The OAI interface can be accessed through: https://cls.ubl.ac.id/index.php/jcls/oai

Authors are permitted to deposit, distribute, and archive the published version of their articles in:
- institutional repositories;
